LeadWell™ Leadership Behavior Scale
Measures observable leadership behaviors across core domains such as clarity, feedback, consistency, respect and climate, and accountability.
LEILS
LeadWell™ Emotional Intelligence in Leadership Scale
Assesses emotional intelligence in leadership with attention to awareness, regulation, relational effectiveness, and emotionally informed leadership practice.
Responses are used for leadership development, organizational learning, and research purposes. Individual results are not shown on this public page.
