By accessing the LeadWell™ Assessment Platform, you agree to use the platform only for authorized leadership assessment, research, evaluation, or administrative purposes.
Authorized Use
Participant links and administrative tools are intended only for authorized users. Assessment links should not be shared beyond the intended participant or authorized study population.
Participant Access
Participants should complete assessments honestly and only through the link provided by the administering research or leadership team. Expired, revoked, or completed links may no longer be available.
Administrative Access
Administrative access is restricted to authorized personnel. Administrators are responsible for handling exports, reports, and participant records according to applicable organizational, research, and data protection requirements.
Data Integrity
Users may not attempt to manipulate assessment links, submit false records, bypass access controls, or interfere with platform security or data collection processes.
Availability
The platform is provided to support assessment and research activities. Access may be limited, interrupted, or modified for maintenance, security, or administrative reasons.
